I listen carefully and ask clarifying questions in order to help you find the best available home for you and your family. I will ask about what works and doesn't work for you in your current home. I will ask about previous real estate transaction experiences and what you would like to have happen this time. You will receive a comprehensive Competitive Market Analysis (CMA). This includes: | - Information about your home. | - Similar properties actively on the market in your immediate area. | - Similar properties recently sold in your immediate area. | - Similar properties actively on the market in the surrounding area. | - Similar properties recently sold in the surrounding area. | - An analysis that includes such information as days on market, listings withdrawn or expired, and current supply and demand information. | We will work together to prepare your home for showing (Prepare Your Home to Show). I will help you: | - Determine what is the fair market price for your home. | - Select appropriate services to put your home's best foot forward. | - Enlist your children's help getting the house ready for showing, if appropriate.
